1. What do I need to register?
- You will need to register your Full name, email address, job title, and company name. We accept any credit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
2. Can I register someone else?
- Yes, you can register someone else however you have to include the delegate’s email address for future event communication.
3. What are the prices to attend the conference?

4. What is a member?
- Members are those subscribed to the UltraFacility Portal, the place for year-round collaboration and technical knowledge-exchange between facility owner representatives and experts from across the supply chain. They recieve a 15% discount on attendance to the UltraFacility annual conference. Find out more about the UltraFacility Portal and membership options here.

5. How long is the Early Bird discount valid for?
- Early bird rate will expire on Friday 13th of September 2024, 11:59 UTC-7.
6. Do you have a discount or group discount?
- We offer a “team pass discount” for group bookings. Full details for each delegate are required to be submitted on or before the 27th of September and payment can be made online for the whole party by credit card.
7. If I have a dietary and access requirement; to whom should I inform about my allergies and access necessity.

8. I cannot attend the event due to unfortunate circumstances; can I get a refund?
Global Water Intelligence (GWI) which reserves the right to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. The agenda is subject to change at the organiser’s discretion.
We are offering full refunds to any cancellation requests received by September 29th 2024. Refunds requests are subject to a $150 administration fee per registration. No refunds will be given after September 29th 2024.
9. Can I transfer my registration to someone else? Until when?
- You may, however, nominate a substitute to attend in your place – substitutions of registrations may be made preferably before the event starts.
- We would need their full name, job title and email address. Our customer service team will register them as your replacement.
ACCOMMODATION :
1. How can I book my accommodation?
- We have secured a discounted rate for delegates attending the conference. The destination fee of $25 per night will be waived. The discounted rooms are limited, you can secure and book your accommodation here.
*If you have any queries about the hotel or your reservation, you can reach the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa. The hotel can provide the invoice to customers upon check out.
*Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Breakfast runs from 6am – 11am on Mondays-Fridays.
2. Can I park my car in Renaissance Hotel?
- Yes, On-site Parking Daily rate: $20 or Valet Parking Daily rate: $25.
*Car parking is subject to availability.
3. Can I check out late?
- Any queries about the hotel or your reservation, you can reach the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Spa at +1 623-937-3700.
4. Can I cancel or amend my reservation in Renaissance Hotel?
- Yes, 48 hours before the day of arrival. All information should be on your accommodation booking confirmation.
5. I am arriving in Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport; how can I get to Renaissance Hotel Phoenix Glendale?
- The best and quickest way from the Airport to Renaissance Hotel is via car/taxi and it will take 20 minutes to get to the hotel.

6. I am arriving in Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport; how can I get to Renaissance Hotel Phoenix Glendale?
- Phoenix Mesa Gateway Airport is 50 mins away from Renaissance Hotel Phoenix Glendale. The best and quickest way from the Airport to Renaissance Hotel is via car/taxi.
