UltraFacility 2026 Venue
UltraFacility 2026 returns to the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Conference Center in Glendale, Arizona, from 16 – 18 September 2026.
Hotel rooms at the venue are now sold out. We have secured discount rates at three alternative hotels, all only a 5 minute walk from the venue.
Rooms are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis. Football dates at the State Farm Stadium have yet to be released – we recommend confirming your booking early in case of any cross over.
Book Your Hotel Room
We’ve secured discounted delegate accommodation at three hotels in the Glendale-Westgate area, all a convenient walk from the conference venue. Hotel stays default to three nights, so be sure to select “Edit stay” in the top right of the booking screen to confirm dates that work for you.
Need-to-know:
- Discounted room blocks will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
- Bookings should be made before Sunday 16th August, when the discounted hotel room block expires.

UltraFacility is able to offer a limited number of discounted rooms for attendees within the Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel and Conference Center and other alternative hotels. These are allocated on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Airport & Local Transport
The Renissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Conference Center is a 25 minute drive from Phoenix Sky Harbour International Airport.
Taxi is the recommended transportation to get to the hotel.
Neither the hotel nor GWI offer a shuttle service from Airport to hotel.
Car Parking
The hotel offers on-site parking, charging $20/Daily.
An electric car charging station is available on site.

The check-in time at Renaissance Phoenix Glendale Hotel & Conference Center is 4:00 pm and the check-out time is 11:00 am.
