How do I register? 

Registration can be completed online using the official event registration form. To finalize your booking, you will be asked to provide: 

• Full name 

• Email address 

• Job title 

• Company name 

• Payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express) 

You may also register on behalf of a colleague. Please ensure the delegate’s email address is entered correctly, as all event communications will be sent directly to them. 

What are the prices to attend the conference? 

What is Member?   

• Members are those subscribed to the UltraFacility Portal. 
  They receive a 15% discount on attendance to the UltraFacility annual conference, alongside access to year round technical insights, knowledge-exchange opportunities and networking via the UltraFacility Portal.

  Members on a Premium or Elite membership receive an unlimited number of discounts, for exclusive use of member company employees. 

  For those on a Starter membership, there are five discount codes, for the exclusive use of member company employees. These can be used by any employee of that company.

When is the last day of the Early Bird discounted rate?

• Early bird rate will be until the June 26 2026, 11:59 GMT-7.

Do you have a discount or group discount?  

• Organizations sending multiple delegates may benefit from our Team Pass, available for groups of five attendees at a reduced rate. 

  To confirm a group booking: 

  • Full delegate details must be submitted before the registration deadline 
  • Payment can be completed online using a single credit card 
  • One person will register for this pass; they will receive an email from the team with a dedicated company link to complete your remaining passes. Once received, please share this link with four team members so they can register and activate their passes. 
  • It is the delegates responsibility to complete the team pass booking – there will be no refunds if not all 5 places can be filled.  

Cancellations and Substitutions 

If you are no longer able to attend, the following policies apply: 

• Cancellations received before August 16, 2026 are eligible for a full refund, minus $200 administrative fee per registration. 

• No refunds will be issued after this date. 

Alternatively, you may transfer your registration to a colleague. We request that these are communicated to our team before August 28, 2026, but understand that sometimes this is not possible. 

Substitution requests should be sent to eventsupport@globalwaterintel.com with the replacement delegates: 

• Full name 

• Job title 

• Email address

Please note that the organizers reserve the right to modify the conference programme if necessary.
