CTO at FTD Solutions, Andreas Neuber led a team which was responsible for reducing the environmental impact of semiconductor manufacturing, helping to reduce operating costs and enabling smart manufacturing technologies. Andreas brings 38 years of technology-focused product experience in environmental engineering and contamination control. His technical qualifications include MS and Ph.D. degrees in chemical engineering from the University of Technology, Dresden. He has authored ~100 journal and conference publications and holds six U.S. patents.
