1. What do I need to register?
- Basic information needed to process your registration, including your full name, email address, job title, company name, and address.
- A credit card or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or American Express).
2. Can I register someone else?
- Yes, you can register someone else. Please input the delegate’s email address for future event communication.
3. What are the prices to attend the conference?

4. What is Member?
- Members are those subscribed to the UltraFacility Portal.
They receive a 15% discount on attendance to the UltraFacility annual conference, alongside access to year round technical insights, knowledge-exchange opportunities and networking via the UltraFacility Portal.

5. When is the last day of the Early Bird discounted rate?
- Early bird rate will be until the 19th of September 2025, 11:59 GMT-7.
6. Do you have a discount or group discount?
- We offer a “team pass discount” for group bookings of 5 people. Full details for each delegate are required to be submitted on or before the 3rd of November and payment can be made online for the whole party by credit card.
7. I cannot attend the event due to unfortunate circumstances; can I get a refund?
- We are offering full refunds to any cancellation requests received by 3rd of November 2025. Refund requests are subject to a $200 administration fee per registration. No refunds will be given after the 3rd of November 2025.
*Global Water Intelligence (GWI) reserves the right to limit or deny access to the conference to any entity or individual. The agenda is subject to change at the organiser’s discretion.
8. Can I transfer my registration to someone else? Until when?
- You may nominate a substitute to attend in your place. Substitutions of registrations must be made by the 19th of November.
Please inform us of any substitutions by email, via eventsupport@globalwaterintel.com.
Please provide the full name, job title, company name, and email address of the substitute delegate.

- We have secured a discounted rate for delegates attending the conference, with a limited number of rooms available.
